Constructed from lightweight Matrix™ double-weave fabric with four-way stretch for the ultimate freedom of movement, the Women’s Alpine Torque Pants also feature contrasting knee reinforcement panels that extend to the ankle for outstanding abrasion resistance. The slim-fit design uses a leg zip with internal gusset for extra space and ventilation, as well as lower hem loops for attaching to your boots. Three zipped pockets provide valuable storage space, while a part-elasticated waistband with belt loops provides a comfortable and secure fit.

Light, comfortable and highly durable, our Women’s Alpine Torque Pants are a technical climbing pant that are also versatile enough for hillwalking and scrambling.

Womens Rab Torque Pants

I got to use these last week in the Nelson lakes area - I usually walk in shorts but these were perfect as a bit cooler and sandflies!

I ordered a 16 first based on sizing but returned for a 14 which fits perfectly. I usually wear a 14.

Lightweight but hardwearing and non-restricting of movement. Nice fit and look really nice - love them.

Womens Rab Torque Pants

Extremely comfortable with a modern design. Slimline legs can be unzipped for easy on and off and the simple elasticised waist makes it very easy to toilet on the go with these pants when undertaking multiday backcountry hikes. If you lose weight on the trail these pants can be cinched in easily with a lock at the waistband and let out again if you eat too many burgers in town. I like the extra durable material on the knees for rock scrambling and the deep zippered side pockets for holding small things, especially my phone. Overall, a really nice, functional, and flattering pair of hiking/tramping pants.
