In the unlikely event you experience a fault with a product, our warranty policy is detailed below.
The Dwights Outdoors warranty policy covers our products for 12 months from the original purchase date. Certain products will have a longer warranty timeframe as indicated on the individual product page. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occuring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy. Condensation and its effects are not covered by the warranty. Wind damage to tents and shelters is beyond our control and is not covered by our guarantee. Parts can be purchased from us and in the event of major damage we suggest you make a claim with your insurance company.
Dwights Outdoors and its warranty agents reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for repairs which it determines are not covered by the scope of the guarantee. I.e, Clear manufacturing faults are covered only. A return freight charge may also apply.
Wherever possible we will endeavour to repair any fault to a factory issue and return it to you.

All warranty items being returned for assessment MUST be in a clean and dry condition, accompanied by a covering letter detailing the issue and your full contact details and return address.
Dwights Outdoors does not accept liability for return freight charges and the product remains the property of the purchaser until returned to Dwights Outdoors.  
NOTE: Products are still guaranteed under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
