Shipping Timeframe & Costs (New Zealand)

We aim for a target delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days for non rural addresses. Shipping to rural addresses will add approximately 1-2 business days to this. If your order is urgent, please contact us via Email with the item(s) you're after, the delivery address and the required timeframe. Our team will contact you to confirm our best options.

 

All orders over $150.00 qualify for free shipping (excluding tents & Large items)

Standard shipping - (Under $150.00) - $10

Bulky Items - Product specific surcharges

 Canvas Tents (Non Rural) - $65

RURAL DELIVERIES

We do not charge extra for rural deliveries. Canvas Tents are unable to be sent to rural addresses. If you live rural and are considering purchasing a Canvas tent, give us a call on 0800 25 00 25 to discuss shipping options. You may be able to pick this up from your nearest MAINFREIGHT depot.

 

Shipping Costs (Australia)

We aim for a delivery target of 2-6 Days for Australia.

All orders to Australia ship for $19.99 AUD* - Excludes Heavy or Bulky items which have product specific freight rates at checkout.

 

Process your order

After confirmation of your order, we aim to dispatch it the next working day (Monday to Friday).

All of our orders are sent via courier, if your order requires a signature upon delivery please let us know. This may take additional time and if there is no one at the specified address at time of delivery, a call card will be left.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees. Please note that deliveries to Outer Islands (Chatham, Waiheke, Kawau, etc) may incur additional charges.
