Manufacturer warranty periods vary by product. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not usually warranty faults. We assess each enquiry on its facts.

New Zealand consumers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Manufacturer warranties sit alongside these rights.
