Eligible Gem Visa purchases*
Available on eligible general purchases of $250 or more in one transaction.
- Pay for the purchase with your Gem Visa.
- Wait for the transaction to appear as posted.
- Within 30 days, select it in the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre to create a 6-month Interest Free plan.
The 6-month plan is not applied automatically.

Apply directly with Gem. Applicants must be 18 or older and permanent residents of New Zealand. Approval and credit limits are determined by Latitude under its responsible-lending criteria.
Important information
*Available to approved customers only. Lending criteria, terms and conditions and fees apply, including a $55 Gem Visa establishment fee and a $65 annual fee, charged as $32.50 half-yearly. Minimum monthly repayments are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment of 3% of the outstanding monthly balance or $20, whichever is more, will not be sufficient to repay the purchase within the Interest Free term. The amount payable will be shown on your monthly statement. Interest at the standard purchase rate applies to any balance remaining when an Interest Free term ends: 29.49% p.a. until 22 September 2026 and 29.95% p.a. from 23 September 2026, subject to change.
