Exchanges & Returns

You have made an online purchase, it has arrived and it doesn't fit or perhaps the colour  isn't quite what you were expecting.
We understand the importance of our customers having the correct product and fit so this is not going to be a problem.
Your product(s) must be returned intact with their original, unmarked packaging and all labels attached to enable the product to be resold as new.
Please DO NOT put any courier or other labels directly onto the product packaging as this will result in a rejected return.
Please ensure you package your return sufficiently so as to prevent any damage occurring in transit, damaged goods will not be accepted for return.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase, we aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving them back. Keep your tracking details as Dwights Outdoors is not responsible for returned items being lost whilst in transit back to us.
Products being returned for a refund may incur a handling fee of $10 or 3% of the product value, whichever is larger to cover transaction fee's, restocking, processing etc, plus the original cost of shipping, if the item was shipped freight free. Refunds will only be given to the same credit card as the items were originally charged.
Products being returned for exchange/credit/gift card will avoid the handling fee. The cost of returning the product(s) to Dwights Outdoors is the customer's responsibility. 
Please contact us prior to returning the item(s) via online@dwights.co.nz so we can discuss the options for both the product you wish to replace and confirm availability.
