Used the Coleman Deluxe Event 12 Shade over a 5-day trip and it performed brilliantly. It held up strong against gusty winds the entire time without any issues. We used screw-in tent pegs to for extra hold, which made a difference in keeping it secure. Setup was straightforward, and the spacious interior provided great shelter and comfort. Highly recommend for group camping or outdoor events—reliable and sturdy even in rough conditions.
We decided to buy a gazebo to use instead of our motorhome awning because we need a structure that is not so vulnerable to wind. We have only used the gazebo once and we know we will get faster and more skilled at putting it up ...
It is sturdy and well constructed, and we had no qualms about leaving it up overnight - something we would never do with our awning!
My only suggestion for improvement would be to include instructions that have text as well as pictures.
I bought this because family has one that they used outside for events, with a table underneath.
I thought we would use ours camping. But we’ve actually put it in the deck, and none wants to take it down for now… it might stay there for summer.
It’s strong framed, and the feet can screw down. Plus a vent at the tops helps with stability in any wind.
It’s awesome. Easy to put up. Strong. And not overly expensive. Highly recommend.
