Saltwater Mountain Boots
Loving the boots, taken them out on a few trips locally so far just to get used to them.
Picked them up for a trip to the Tarauars very soon which should put them through their paces.

Very comfortable yet still rigid enough to give good support. Grip well. Kept my feet dry in snow and ice on the tops in the Tararuas. Really happy with them. I sized up a half size from normal as I have wide kiwi feet. Purchased some Salewa micro spikes which were a good pairing , lite to pack but worked very well with this boot on the ice.
By most standards today I'd be an old fogy. At 50 I bought me andy misses a pair of these. Now we're big walkers and fave them a good testing in Tekapo snow, to Queenstown tracks and a portion of the Kepler track this last week or so. They are most comfortable boots I have ever owned hands down! Absolutely love them! Yup most things are expensive today but honestly worth the investment. Bought a few new things from Dwights as replacement gear last couple of months, fast delivery and brilliant comms. So yes very happy with the boots and service 👍
Replaced my Lowa Z8 with these.
Excellent boot
I’ve always rocked full leather boots, so these were a gamble. The result is pure comfort.
I would give a 5 star, but yet to see how they last me, but so far so good.
Incredibly comfortable, very quite in the scrub, and seem to handle the step shit.
I’ll be taking them on a mission on a Wapiti 10 day fly camp hunt in a few weeks. So that will the test, for my lungs and boots
