Engineered for moving faster and lighter on all terrain, the MTN Trainer Lite Mid also performs well on rock. Its lightweight, highly wear-resistant TPU-coated fabric upper with suede inserts is paired with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for durable waterproof protection and breathable comfort. SALEWA’s 3F System connects the instep, sole and heel for a supportive, flexible fit, while the shock-absorbing EVA midsole provides lasting rebound. A flexible ankle cuff, heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap add support and protection, and climbing lacing allows precise adjustment down to the toe. Underfoot, a Pomoca outsole with deep lugs provides dependable grip across mud, grass, rock, ice and snow.

Great value

I am still walking these boots in and I have not been on a tramp with them yet, but my experience so far has been very positive. I find they are snug and supportive around my ankles and I purchased a wide version and am pleased with the way that allows my feet to feel very comfortable in the boots. I look forward to my first tramp in them!
