Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused with original packaging and labels. There is no handling or restocking fee. Return postage is at your cost; conditions apply.

Our target is 1–2 business days after dispatch for in-stock, standard parcels. Rural, remote and bulky deliveries can take longer. Preorders, public holidays and carrier delays may affect timing. Contact us if you need an item by a specific date.

Standard NZ shipping is $10, or free on orders over $150, excluding large items. Product-specific freight or remote-area surcharges may apply. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout.
