Were a great buy, never used poles before and took on 3 day hike to Cape Palliser. Huge help on day of steep uphill followed by a day of steep downhill. No blisters on the hands, comfortable and light enough for an amateur to use all day.
Perfect! With a collapsed lower spine I find it hard to stand for long periods. Up to now I have been using just one stick, when out walking, which helped a bit but I still wobbled round all over the place. With 2 x poles I can keep myself balanced and upright. Also love how easy it is to adjust the length of the poles.
