They actually took the time to sight the physical article before confirming that they had it. They assured me that it would be a 3 day delivery to Auckland and that was the case.

I love this cushion so much! When I first put on, it felt rather bulky. But I see the point when I attached it to the passenger seat. That feeling of bulkieness around the neck is holding the neck in position and providing the cushion. Once i sit back and snuggle in, then i can feel how comfy it is! Very satisfied with the item itself and also customer service! I ordered two and one arrived with a little zip issue. I reached our to the team and they promptly responded and sent me another one the next day. Thank you so much !
