The perfect tool for picking and cleaning those wild mushrooms before bringing them home to the table.

The handle is equipped with a boar bristle brush and a blade with toothed back.

The 8cm blade is made from stainless steel mix and is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives an excellent cutting edge.

The handle is made from French oak. It is a hard wood, very resistant, including to insects and fungi thanks to a high tannin content. It has a yellow-brown appearance, with regular veining.

The Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives from the N° 06. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding. In addition to locking the blade open (safety in use), it is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety in transport).

Mushroom knife would recommend

I’ve had this knife for a couple of weeks now and had it out on multiple forest foraging forays. It’s so good!

Blade shape is perfect for trimming stopes and the brush is stiff enough to get rid of most duff and dirt.

Honestly, there’s not mushroom for improvement…
