Filled with 800FP down providing excellent warmth for weight, it’s finished with a tough, weather-resistant Pertex® Quantum Pro outer to cope with snow, spindrift, and scuffs with rock at the crag. Offering a fine-tuned balance of low weight and durability, the Electron Pro is your go-to refuge for winter walking, climbing, and shoulder season belays.

High warmth for weight, thanks to 800FP down in midi and micro baffles that have been tactically positioned for warmth and mobility.

Review of Rab Electron Pro Puffer Jacket

I was looking for a warm jacket that would function as a belay jacket to put on over my climbing harness and other lighter layers, but a jacket that would also fit under a harness for alpine climbing trips. The Rab electron pro has been amazing for both scenarios and rustling around the crag in between climbing. The loft of the jacket is also incredible while still feeling reasonably light and non restrictive of movement. Love this jacket and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a lifelong adventure partner.

Fantastic Jacket - The best

Very very happy with this jacket. It feels great on.

Very high quality materials. It’s very breathable. Most important… Cosy snug warm. I’m very impressed.

I wore it during a massive snow storm in Banff last week and it was sublime. Great price from Dwight’s too.

Technical Down jacket

I've been using Patagonia down jackets for years, and they've always served me well. A mutual friend who frequently mountainers recommended RAB, and I must say, the nuances and thoughtful design in this jacket are a step up in my view. I'm happy I made the move.
