One-piece water-resistant 2,8 mm full grain leather upper. Gore-Tex® lining , waterproof and breathable. Asolo/Vibram® highly technical sole. The outsole incorporates three shock absorbers that correspond with the areas of foot that receive highest impact during activity. These shock absorbers can be identified by their different colour respect to the sole. The shock absorbers are created by combining two polyurethane layers – one of high and one of low density. These layers are individually coloured using a new and innovative technology. Gripped with a molded rubber outsole produced in conjunction with Vibram®, the balance of the outsole has self-cleaning lugs designed for optimum performance on varying types of terrain.

Did one small hikoi before I took these boots out for a proper test drive..6 hours on some pretty rough terrain in the pouring rain, howling wind and freezing temps. Toasty feet, not a single blister, grippy on the rocky stuff, dry in the sloppy stuff..
Great boots, work a treat. Very comfy. It's hard to find good boots but these are definitely worth the money

Well made and a little bit old school.
Good boot. Be aware that these boots do require a bit of a break in period. They were a little uncomfortable early on as some sections needed flex. Give yourself a couple of weeks before attempting a big walk.
Good sturdy boots, makes carrying heavy loads so much easier and safer.
