We recommend using this for:

When both warmth and low weight are crucial, the award-winning Ultrasphere 4.5 is the ultimate packable, featherlight air mat. Its ground-breaking design includes two layers of heat-reflective TILT, which reduce radiant heat loss, and offset air chambers that trap heat within the construction, allowing you to recharge comfortably without the need for high-volume insulation. Combined with a soft, exceptionally lightweight fabric, the mat’s weight-saving construction makes it ideal for bikepacking, thru-hiking, and multi-day mountain running.
With a comfortable tapered mummy shape that eliminates unnecessary bulk, the mat is thick and supportive, so that you can catch vital rest and restore the energy reserves needed for your action-fuelled days on the trail. When it’s time to pitch for the night, the low-profile two-way valve and inflation sack make camp setup quick and easy.
Featuring an included repair kit and unrivalled warmth-to-weight ratio, the Ultrasphere 4.5 is honed for fast-paced exploring in demanding mountain conditions.

It's warm, lightweight, compact, and easy to inflate and deflate. It's about as comfy as any lightweight sleeping mat can be, with a decent thickness. The bottom of the mat can be slippery on the tent if it isn't set up perfectly flat, but this could probably be fixed with some rubber stickers.
This was very nice & comfortable to sleep on, as a side sleeper. Packs down nice & small.
I'm walking the Te Araroa trail and carrying a full pack so trying to cut down on weight I bought this sleep mat. It's great, lightweight and packs away into a tiny stuff sack. Easy to set up with an inflation bag which is also ultra light and takes up very little room. It's comfortable as long as you don't inflate it to the max. Happy to recommend.
I am a side sleeper and was getting hip pain from my mat. This Rab mat came up in reviews as great for side sleepers so I thought I'd give it a try. Used on a tramp over the weekend and was fully impressed - lighter than my old mat, packs down small, higher R rating (so I was cosy warm on a cold wet night on Mt Pirongia) and importantly, no hip pain. In fact my Garmin told me that I had an excellent sleep (didn't feel like that with the wind & rain on the tent) but I definitely woke up feeling more human!
