The pillow arrived in a timely manner and matches the description well. It is definitely an improvement on my old microbead one! Comfortable and supportive, and nice & compact when folded into its travel bag.
I haven't figured out how the straps are supposed to fit around a plane seat yet but it does stay well on a car seat. Seems to be worth the cost.
Best travel pillow I've used yet!. Ideal to have it strap onto headrest. Stops your head from falling forward. Soft foam and really keeps your neck well supported. Rolls up into a handy carry pouch that clips onto suitcase. Throw away your other neck pillows!
Loved the fact it straps onto the seat. I was forever waking slumped over using regular neck pillows but this is so comfy and supportive. Also love that it packs down small ith its own bag and you can store little things in their too and also clip onto your carry on.
