BOREALIS Blue Magic

Just picked up the Rab Men’s Borealis Hoody in blue and it’s already a favourite. It’s impressively lightweight and packable, so it barely registers when stuffed in a bag or worn all day. The stretchy Matrix fabric and clean design deliver excellent functionality—great breathability, solid wind resistance, and unrestricted movement for hiking, climbing, or general outdoor use. The bright blue colour is highly visible, which is a practical bonus for safety and standing out on the hill.

A simple, effective softshell that does exactly what it should without any fuss. Highly recommended.

Perfect addition to the climbing kit

Purchased for my husband as present. He is super happy, fits well, comfortable to wear with the stretch. Light weight and compact to keep in the climbing pack. Perfect for windy days.

Exactly what I was looking for

Lightweight, stretchy, wind blocking layer -more breathable than my hard shell but still cuts wind chill fairly effectively
