The MTN Trainer Lite Mid is a comfortable and supportive women’s mid-cut, 3-season boot that performs well on rock and technical terrain. A lightweight, highly wear-resistant fabric upper with suede inserts keeps weight down, while the waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining suits changing alpine conditions. The EVA midsole provides shock absorption and rebound, with a forgiving ankle cuff, heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap for additional support and protection. Climbing lacing runs down to the toe for precise adjustment, while the Pomoca outsole and deep-lug tread provide reliable grip across mud, grass, rock, ice and snow.

Boot review

Needed a good boot for riding out on the trails. As we often lead the horses over rough terrain and down hill.

This boot is lightweight with plenty of toe room, great ankle support and grip, and you don't feel the stones through the sole. Waterproof. Recommend 1/2 a size bigger than your foot. I replaced the insoles straight away with something with more cushion.

Great boots. This is my second pair of salewa boots and they are amazing. Love the bright shoes laces and also super comfortable.
