Tom Kha Gai
Chicken, lemongrass, ginger and a zingy lime aftertaste, all bound up with noodles in a smooth coconut broth.

Cooking Instructions: Add 375ml (1.5 cups) of boiling water, mix thoroughly (30 seconds), reseal, wait until rehydrated (10 mins). Enjoy immediately.

Rice noodles [Rice, water], Coconut cream [Coconut cream, water], Chicken, Coconut Oil, Salt, Carrot, Green beans, Onion, Capsicum, Ground coriander, Sugar, Coconut oil, Mushrooms, Lime peel, Citric acid, Galangal, Lemongrass, Chilli.

Delicious. We had rice with it but you actually don’t need it as it has noodles. Trick is to make sure it’s mixed well with the correct amount of water
