Sleeping bag
It’s perfect! Just been camping in our unheated van, snowed on the hill tops one night and I was cosy warm. Used it unzipped on warmer nights with silk liner. Great service - fast delivery 👍😊
The Cocoon has one of the best warmth-to-weight ratios in our range, making it a popular choice for the lightweight adventurer. The sumptuous, highly breathable 10-denier Vapour Vent is used as both inner and outer fabric; it’s a real weight saver, as is the body-hugging mummy shape. Your down won’t be going anywhere thanks to the combination of vertical chest baffles and our famous V-baffles, while the hood and neck closure stop your warmth escaping. The flexibility of a full-length zip helps your night time metamorphosis into a well-rested, happy little camper.

Temp Ratings
One Planet sleeping bags are rated using the international standard for sleeping bag performance, ISO 23537-1. (This is a revised version of European Standard EN 13537.) This means every sleeping bag has two ‘real world’ and one extreme rating. To determine what temperature might be most suitable for you see our technical pages.
Ethically sourced down
Our down is ethically sourced, harvested and cleaned before purchase, with both the down and our supplier passing independent International Down and Feather Laboratory (IDFL) audits relating to ethical traceability. This means that the white down and feathers we purchase are from animals that haven’t been live plucked or force-fed at any point during the supply chain.

I run really cold , even in summer .. so I was so hopeful that this sleeping bag would meet my needs … it did !! It’s gourgess the material is divine it’s super light and packs down to a really small size .. and it’s soooo snuggly and warm with heaps of room to wriggle around I was worried that being so light it would fail in one way or another but it didn’t .. I love that if I’m hiking in the ultra cold I can just add a one planet blanket and still keep my pack weight down , if your on the fence .. fence sit no more this is the bag you need !!!
I am a bigger unit 6 ft 5" and wide shoulders I purchased a large size bag and found it a perfect fit I now have a sleeping bag that my head has room in the hood
If you are a bigger unit I would suggest you look at this sleeping bag
Love the Cocoon, best value and great performance. I use mine unzipped in huts and mostly in a two person tent. I'm warmer than average so it's been fine through North Island winter.
This bag is great - I have only used it on one trip so far, where I stayed in huts, so haven't tested it to low temperatures. But is is very comfy, zips and covers, hood etc all work well and most importantly it packs down to very little and weighs virtually nothing!
